Martina Dobrusky
Designer Martina Dobrusky’s degree specialising in photography and media laid the foundation for a broad range of interests and fields of work, including stints in theatre, working as a freelance photographer and art director, and involvement in various aspects of culture and event management. At NaturVision she spent four years in charge of organising the Bavarian Forest Film Days. In 2016, Martina joined the team of the Neues Maxim cinema in Munich, where her remit includes the Cinema For Future series.
Ralf Fronz
Ralf Fronz is the editor responsible for nature films at broadcaster MDR in Leipzig. Since 2014, he has overseen the development and realisation of the nature and wildlife film projects in the Nature and Discoveries editorial department, including for the series Wildes Deutschland, for broadcasters ARD, ARTE and MDR, as well as documentaries around exploration and discoveries.
Fabian Grischkat
Growing up in a small village, Fabian Grischkat realised early on in life that the fight against climate change is not just a fight for the planet, but also a fight for social justice. The 20-year old presenter and influencer gets in front of the camera for sustainable projects such as the Funk format OZON, shoots music videos for Fridays For Future and explains the dangers of the climate crisis to his community. In 2021, Fabian was a member of the NaturVision Rethink Jury.
Ann-Christin Hornberger
Ann-Christin Hornberger has worked for ZDF in Mainz since 1992. As one of the first people to work for cultural TV network ARTE, she has looked after numerous different broadcasting formats over the years and is an editor in the subdivision ARTE Knowledge. The productions she oversaw in recent years have won numerous awards, including the German TV Grimme Award and the Holtzbrinck Prize for Science Journalism.
Jens Kenserski
Having trained in industrial business management, Jens Kenserski initially worked in industry for six years, but was already organising parties, festivals and hip hop jams on the side. In 1999 he founded pulsmacher GmbH and is also an elected member of the local chamber of commerce as well as a member of the board of trustees of the Ludwigsburg Festival. He has won various awards, including the Red Dot Award, German Design Award and FAMAB Awards, and gives numerous talks on the subjects of new work / future work and sustainability at companies and events.
Annette Scheurich
Managing director of Marco Polo Film AG in Heidelberg, Annette Scheurich produces documentaries in the realm of nature, science and adventure. She has written numerous film productions and works for national and international TV broadcasters. She regularly serves as a judge for nature and science film festivals.
