Claudia Kärcher leitet seit 2024 die Bereiche Kommunikation & Marketing sowie NaturVision Forum bei NaturVision. Sie war bereits während des Studiums der Theater-, Film und Medienwissenschaften an der Universität Wien für das Filmfestival „Crossing Europe“ sowie die Berlinale tätig und absolvierte im Anschluss ein Volontariat an der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Seither war sie bei verschiedenen Kultureinrichtungen in der Region Stuttgart, zuletzt sieben Jahre im Bereich Kommunikation an den Württembergischen Staatstheatern, tätig. Währenddessen absolvierte sie auch die Weiterbildung zur Kulturmanagerin im Institut für Kulturmanagement in Ludwigsburg.

As head of the SWR editorial department for science documentaries and magazines (2018-2023), Martin Schneider was responsible for a large number of productions. Last year, Jörg Wolf's "Cashing in on the Forest" was honoured by his editorial team. As a freelance science journalist and television editor, the biology and German studies graduate has worked for SWR since 1999 and chaired the Association of German Science Journalists (WPK).

Director and producer Sebastian Weimann was represented in the NaturVision programme with "Plastic-Free City - The Search for a Feasible Utopia". Sebastian Weimann has been working as a media educator since 2003 and realises documentaries, advertising films and interactive projects as a filmmaker. He is the initiator of the One Horizon Refugee Film Festival. Sebastian Weimann studied communication, media design and film production.
