This film is a portrait of a very special Brazil nut tree in the untouched rainforest of Peru.
It is 500 years old and almost 50 metres high. In order to grow so old, it has formed a multitude of alliances with other creatures – with plants and insects, but also snakes and frogs, mammals and birds.
